I do not see a reason for what they are doing. The Original July VB was in Archived Bulletins as of july 2nd. The revised one is placed in the current visa Bulletins. So why the changes? is there any diference?

750,000 applications ? Does that mean the PD will be 01 Jan 1900 after October ? I think you grossly overestimated the number of applications . If the GC quota is 9800 for India then to process 750,00 applications ( most of them will be India I am sure ) will take like 20 years . Thats impossible man !!!

That memo/document you pointed out is an interpretation. We have already said that USCIS's interpretation is incorrect. We intend to correct this interpretation with this lawsuit.
Infact, it would be wrong to call this a lawsuit.
We are aiming for an injunction (or a stay order) in step 1 of the lawsuit that would prevent USCIS from working on any interfiling/PD porting requests.
If the injunction is with retroactive effect, all the EBs (not just EB3) who have ported their PDs will have their cases frozen. USCIS would not be able to work on them.
The remainder of the lawsuit can take its sweet time... the injunction should serve the primary cause.

I am in too...How can we organize all the members...70,000 is a lot of people, Any thing done effectively and efficiently will make an impact.
That's the main issue we are facing. People come on discussion forums and talk big, but when it comes to actual execution - it is very few people who actually do things and there is no regulation.
Thats why IV created state chapters where people can organize themselves and follow directives from our lobbyists and collective work towards campaigns

There are those who are undecided or who cannot find enough energy/motivation to do something, and those people need motivation. You don't fall in that category. In California they don't accept any other document for the renewal of your DL other than the new I94- I think someone said I 907 and they are right because I 94 is olnly a portion of the whole page.
We filed premium for the extension and the company is paying for it, but it still takes 3-4 weeks until the lawyer is gonna prepare the package and send it to us. Unfortunately, I don't have a home country DL that I could use between the gaps and this is a great burden for my husband who has to deal with a very demanding job and take the kids everywhere.
I feel imprisoned for just wanting a better life for my family and my kids and I don't think the treatment that the legal immigrants get in US is fair. I was a legal immigrant in 2 diffrent countries in Europe and although you might not be able to get blended in the crowd as easy as here, you will be treated with more regard for human rights( like the right to work or to drive).-this is our 7th year here and I can't work.
Before belonging to a cultlure or a country, we all belong to the humankind, whith the same needs and dreams and people should remember that first - they are not talking about immigrants or legals or illegals or numbers EB3, H1B and other labels, but people whose time is ticking and gets away from them with every second that passes. We are here because this country was build by people like us and we belong here, so please, if someone who was lucky enough to be born here reads this message, consider our situation and let our voice reach the people who need to hear it.

Has Any Senetor Brought An Amendment To Reinstate Ac21 Provison To Eliminate Country Quota(10%), If Demand Of Visas Is Less Than Supply? Require 3/5 majority) HR.2669 is passed by both Senate and house and sent for conference to resolve the difference between house and senate versions and president is sure to sign the bill and thus would become the law in another few days. This amendment does not have anything to do with defence bill, which itself is a failed bill or with SKILL bill. Following is the actions taken by congress of HR 2669.
IF THE AMENDMENT HAD PASSED WE WOULD HAVE GOT ATLEAST 2,40,000 RECAPTURED, UNUSED VISAS OF PREVIOUS YEARS IN ANOTHER FEW DAYS.
